Schools not opening for now in Delhi: Arvind Kejriwal

On October 24, 2020, the Chief Minister of Delhi – Mr. Arvind Kejriwal has made a statement that the schools in Capital are not opening for now.
Earlier, as per the Unlocks strategy, it was speculated that the schools in Delhi might open after 31 October 2020. But, now all the air regarding the speculations have been cleared by Mr. Kejriwal.

This decision has been taken keeping into mind the current status of COVID 19 in Delhi. It is very clear that the current situation is not safe for students to step out. Schools in many states of Haryana, Punjab, etc. have reopened on a voluntary basis, for class 9 – 12. But, its not the case in the capital.

This news has come as a relief for many students who hate going to schools. But, for all others its still a long way to reach the school. This news has definitely not come as a sigh of relief for the Class 10 and 12 students.

Nothing can replace the conventional style of teaching. But, it is also true that the health of the upcoming youth cannot be put to a stake.

STAY HOME, STAY SAFE !
