The domain name dutimes.com (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) is owned by Social Tech Network Pvt. Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) whose office can be located at 220, Tower-B4, Spaze iTech Park, Sector 49, Gurugram, Haryana 122018.

For the purpose of these Terms of Service, wherever the context so requires “You” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer/user/browser on the Website by providing Registration Data while registering on the Website or while merely browsing it.   • Counseling: Among many other subjects, the Website provides career, relationship, peer pressure, and addiction counseling. Our eminent psychologists solve their issues personally for free. However, we reserve the right to charge for counseling services at a later period of time which will also see itself in the amended Terms of Service. We are not responsible for any liability arising from such service.
  • Placements and Internships: We help connect You with the Corporate sphere and provide You with useful information related to internships and placements. We also help You prepare CVs and prepare for interviews by delivering workshops often which may be free or paid as determined by Us.
  • Lodging: We help students find a Paying Guest facility/flats and hostel facility. We reserve the right to charge for this service. We do not guarantee the availability of this service at all times. Further, any liability and dispute arising out of the stay at these places do not make us liable in any way.

For the corporate:

  • We deal in innovative social media strategies, online contests and virtual promotions. You may, subject to our approval use these online contests and promotions which could help you enhance the image of your company. We reserve the right to charge for these services and determine the amount for the same.
  • You can avail advertising on our Web Magazine condition to you fluffing all the requirements of this document and any document referred to herein. We reserve the right to charge for this service and determine the price for the same. In case, you fail to oblige by this document or any document referred to herein, we reserve the right to terminate our services to you.
  • We provide interns and freshers for part-time/full-time work in start-ups as well as established companies. We do this by collecting the potential Interns/Freshers CV from them either online or offline and edit this CV according to their demands and then send it to you. You will accordingly schedule an interview with them if you desire so. We are not liable for any of the information provided in the CV or any other related document. The User is solely liable for all information provided and changes made.
  • We help in organizing and managing youth-oriented or social events. We also help the corporate to manage and execute their Corporate Social Responsibility projects. We do this by agreeing to host your project promotion and details on the Website. We reserve a right to charge for these services. As the policy that applies to third party advertisements on the Website, the same applies to these promotions desired by you. The content can either be prepared by you or by us at your request for a fee. We are not responsible for any of the data that you have provided. This is purely promotional and you are solely responsible for any claims and disputes arising out of your promotion.
