Mock Tests to be conducted by DU before actual Open Book Examinations (OBE)

Recently, Various Guidelines were issued by Delhi University for the successful conduct of online Open Book Examinations (OBE) for the final year students starting from 1st July, 2020.

The guidelines suggested the mock conduct of Open Book Examinations in order to make students familiar with the pattern.

The total time for the examination is 3 hours in which 2 hours are for solving the question paper and 1 hr is there for downloading the question paper and uploading the scanned answer sheet.

The guidelines also emphasized upon to check the usage any Unfair Means (UFM)

While the University said that it made it sure that each and every student is able to attempt the exam.

However Incase, any student, due to any reasons misses out on giving the online open book examinations, he/she will be given a chance to appear for a pen-paper examination when the situation normalizes.

For the students from Jammu and Kashmir, since there are restrictions upon internet, the University will ensure proper conduct of examinations via Common Services Centre present in villages and towns.

Overall, the University is on the track to Conduct examinations for the final year. We’re yet to hear from it about what will happen with First and Second year.
