ALL  ABOUT DU B.Ed

DU-B-ED conducted by Delhi university every year, it is a 2 years diploma in teaching that is DU-B-ED (Bachelor of education)  The candidate must fill the application form, which gonna announce after 25/7/2021 in online mode.

ELIGIBILITY TO FILL DU B.Ed APPLICATION FORM

The candidate must contain at least 50% in graduation in the pedagogy subject

Candidate age must not be less than 21 years to get admission in DU B.Ed

Hence, The candidate must choose a teaching subject (pedagogy)  and must study it at least 200 marks in the qualifying degree, for pursued DU B.Ed.

TEACHING SUBJECTS

Science – Biology, chemistry, integrated science, mathematics, physics.

Language – English, Hindi, Sanskrit.

Social Science – Economics, geography, history, political science.

Other subjects –  Commerce, psychology, Sociology

Home science – home science

Another language – Punjabi and Urdu.

SYLLABUS FOR DU B.Ed

• Subject knowledge at school, till senior secondary level including physics, chemistry, biology, history, economics, political science, geography, mathematics.
• Reasoning and General awareness including 6 months of current affairs, important books and authors, important projects, awards, etc.
• Language proficiency in English and Hindi, most importantly reading comprehension

EXAM PATTERN

There is no pattern as such,  DU does not mention any no. Of questions in a particular section. Question paper contains unprecedented questions of particular sections. you can get the idea of the exam patterns by analyzing the previous year’s question papers.

We can’t assume no. Of questions from social science or reasoning. We need to have proper knowledge about every section.
