DU Admissions 2020 : likely to begin from June 20

The contemporary phase of pandemic has already deferred the examinations and the admission process of various educational institutions. For this, a statement has been made that “HRD Ministry is with students in this difficult time of pandemic” says Ramesh Pokhriyal.

The admission process of University of Delhi had already been deferred by a month. And now the expected date for the beginning of the admission process for this year is June 20. And is expected to continue till July 4. It is also expected that the cut-off list of various colleges shall be out by the end of July.

All the documents regarding the admission will be submitted online. There is no offline facility available this year. Also, as per the guidelines of the University of Delhi, no admission will be taken under the ECA quota. Although NCC and NSS shall remain the exceptions.

In a meeting held on Tuesday, it has been decided that the old-caste certificates will be accepted by the colleges during the admission process.
