Delhi University decided to elimate interview procedure for the admission of any PG course this year

This year Delhi University decided to exclude the interview procedure which use to have 15% weightage for the admission purpose for any Post Graduation Course. The registration process will start on 20 June. This was decided by the committee during their meeting last Thursday. This step is taken due to the widespread of Covid-19. While taking care of social distancing, University has notified all the colleges to eliminate all the elements which requires the physical presence of student except written exam. Colleges will now give online counseling to students. The decision regarding admission and order information regarding the same will be conveyed to the students virtually. The agenda of the committee behind this decision is to make the admission process as much as contact-less this year.
Documents uploaded by the students will be verified once the lockdown opens and the session starts again. Colleges can not reject any student’s admission based on any variation in the documents unless or until it is forged.
