Open Book Examination finalised for last year students of UG and PG courses by Delhi University

Delhi University finally gives a notice regarding the examination of final year students of any Under Graduation and Post Graduation course. As per the notice, both ways of examination have been availed (offline and online). Due to Covid-19, students’ health and safety are important and while taking care of social distancing, Delhi University is offering Final year students to appear in online examinations.
As per the notice, any Final year student of any Under Graduation and Post-graduation course and final year students who are admitted under School of Open Learning (SOL) and Non-collegiate Women Education Board (NCWEB) will be notified their examination date sheet by the end of this month and exams will begin from 1st July 2020. The duration of the examination will be 2 hours and not more than that. The examination will take place within 2 hours in a single day. Sunday is also included, so the exam can be taken on Sunday also.
Open Book Examination is an online examination. Delhi University is offering its students to appear in exams virtually or other words online and give Open Book Examination. Final year students of any UG or PG course can give open book examination for their current semester/examination along with the arrears of their previous examination or semester (if any). Students will have to appear for the examination as per the datasheet and are allowed to give from any electronic device while sitting at home or any other place which will be instructed by the authorities of the University.
Students who were admitted in 2014 under any 3-year course along with B.tech will also be notified with their date sheets and will be given the same option of Open Book test along with regular students. University will try giving them examinations based on the syllabus given to them at the time of their admission.
