One of the greatest challenges faced by new recruits in the corporate environment is the transition from Campus to the Corporate settings.

For example, they will need confidence in their ability to perform the job, yet demonstrate the fact that they understand that they still have much to learn. They‘ll need to blend stand into the new environment, yet demonstrate the unique talent that make them stand out among their peers. And, they will need to be able to work effectively on their own while contributing as a member of the team.

Mr. Bob Mathews

Mr. Bob Mathews has been a Faculty member with us since 2010 and has conducted numerous Workshops and Seminars for us in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Pune and other metropolitan cities in India. He has worked with diverse clientele throughout his career and has designed and presented training programs for us across a broad spectrum of industry – sectors that includes Banking, Automobile, Pharmaceutical, Telecom, IT, & Manufacturing.

As a Facilitator, Mr. Mathews believes we should not only increase the knowledge and skills of a participant to consistently perform in the work place but also help in the participant’s all round personal growth. With a professional career of over 40 years with last 15 years spent exclusively in Training and Development, he has the confidence and the ability to inspire, engage and educate through highly effective training delivery. His areas of expertise are in courseware development & training delivery with core competencies of Strong Work Ethic, Positive Attitude, Self Confidence, Good Communication Skills, Ability to Accept and Learn from Criticism / Feedback, etc.

Mr. Gopal Chakraborty

A professional corporate Trainaer , consultant , facilitator with over 15 years of experience into learning and development + 10 years of experience into progressive sales positions. Worked with leading FMCG companies – Godfrey Phillips, Colgate Palmolive, Nestle, he has sound knowledge of L&D, sales function and marketing.

In his previous assignments, Gopal has headed the L&D function with GPI (an affiliate of Phillip Morris – among world’s top 5 FMCG companies) and was responsible for developing the training strategy & building competencies in the sales function, adopting global best practices. He was instrumental in designing, developing and implementation of modules for the sales system restructure, company-wide. A passionate Trainaer and facilitator, with certifications in SL model and NLP, Gopal has trained over 6000 people across a cross section of industry – FMCG, Consumer durables, Medico marketing, Automobiles, etc. as consultant Trainaer and has conducted many leadership programs & T3 for differeant organisations. Adept at training processes and adualt learning principles, Gopal designs custoamised course content and delivers engaging sessions where enthused learning can be ploughed back to work for higher productivity.

Mr. Kartik Raina

Mr. Kartik Raina has over 37 years of Indian & International corporate experience. Beginning his career with Richardson-Hindustan Ltd. (now Procter & Gamble), he has over 20 years of experience in India. Kartik has worked in various Sales & Marketing assignments in SmithKline Beecham (now GlaxoSmithKline Consumer HealthCare), Dabur (India) Ltd. He has been involved in the marketing of brands like Brylcreem, Eno Fruit Salt, Boost, Chyawanprash, Pudin Hara, Hajmola etc and has conceived and  launched pioneering brands like Real Fruit Juice, Chabaaza & Dr. Morepen.

Currently Kartik runs his own company, Learning Facilitators, which is involved in training and consultancy. His clients include GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, India, Far East, Taiwan & China,  Airtel- Mobility & DTH, Hindustan Unilever (Rural Activation), Abbott Nutrition, RAL (Nippo Batteries, Nuby & Glide), TATA Chemicals, Ruchi Soya Industries, Tyco HealthCare, DSS Imaging (Olympus), Vikas Publishing etc.

Mr. Sanjay Srivastava

Mr. Sanjay Srivastava is a seasoned professional with more than 28 years of experience in creating and nurturing brands. Sanjay’s 4Ps of building business are People, Processes, Partners and Passion.In the past Sanjay has worked with companies like Dabur and Vodafone at senior leadership positions and is well versed with fast evolving consumer needs & capability building requirements of corporate world .He is a certified trainer by Dale Carnegie and Super Master in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
