3rd Cut off : What’s going on?

After the first two cut-offs, the students didn’t show much interest on the first day of admission of 3rd cut-off. One of the causes, maybe that the first day allotted for the 3rd cut off admission being Saturday, a holiday!

According to the sources, where the 3rd cut-off witnessed less students coming for admissions, a large number of students came to various colleges for cancellations. If statistics are to be believed, there is a possibility that students will head towards south campus for admissions to various courses; reason being, north campus has closed its gateways for various prestigious courses.

According to University of Delhi (DU), the admissions to various colleges have been started under the 3rd cut-off on Saturday. The procedure will continue till Tuesday. Ramjas College, Delhi University, witnessed a total of 80 admissions on Saturday while there were 68 cancellations on the same day. On the other hand, ARSD College witnessed a total of 150 admissions along with 62 cancellations. If we talk about Rajdhani College, the scenario was totally different here as compared to other colleges. To the utmost surprise of the college, there were around 173 admissions on Saturday with zero cancellations.

Looking forward to see many more admissions! All the very best freshers!
