DU gets a lukewarm response from students

DU has opened its a college of science students for their practical works but some outstation students are hesitating to come to college. On the first day, there was a very low strength of students.

On 15th September DU decided to reopen its colleges for practical works of science students, the laboratory will work in a 50% capacity only. 

The theory part will continue in online mode. 

Students who live in that capital city had come to college and other outstation students didn’t come. 

“We have only a few students who came to college for zoology and Computer Science class, the main thing is we have 55% Students who belong to outside Delhi. These students are waiting for complete offline classes because they will have no option instead of going to college”.

  • The principal of Kirori Mal College said to Indian Express. 

 

Only 40% of students are expected to come to Deshbandhu College and 60% are from Outside Delhi. 

In the conversation of The Indian Express and Hindustan Time students raised their voices, they will continue their practical classes in online mode till the time. Now they also don’t have any hostel facilities. The principal of Deshbandu college said, students, strength will increase seen in the coming days.
