EVENTS DESCRIPTION:
DAY 1 – 25TH February
1. CASE-O-MANIA: Case Study Competition
Come test your HR knowledge to crack an intriguing case! With participation from the top B-Schools of India, the event is an opportunity for you to prove your innovativeness, presentation skills, and command over HR knowledge base.
Students in teams of 2-3 members will be called to submit their solution to a case study presented to them online.
Preliminary round: Registration open from 4th Feb. to 14th Feb. The case study will be emailed 13th Feb. onward. Teams need to submit their solution by 16th Feb. Shortlist will be announced on 18th Feb.
Second round: Shortlisted teams will be invited to solve a case study at campus. They are required to work out the case and present the solution.

2. Quizzitch: The Management Quiz
It has been another busy week in the economics and business news. Have you been keeping in touch? It’s time to find out. Challenge yourself with the questions we put and prove your exercised prudence in this busy world.

Preliminary round: 1 Online Quiz; teams to solve time-bound questions at the earliest

• You are allowed to participate in only one of the slots. If you do in both, then the first entry would be considered. • Link of the quiz will be mailed to every participant and will also be uploaded on our Facebook page. • Other rules including the time limit will be specified in the same mail mentioned above. • This will be an elimination round. • The names of the qualifying participants shall be announced on 18th Feb., 2015.
Final round: 8-10 teams will be shortlisted and called to compete on campus.

Preliminary round: Teams will submit their B Plan online by 16th Feb. Shortlist will be announced on 18th Feb.
Final round: Teams will present their Plans to the judges at campus.
Time: 9 AM – 12:30 PM

2. CORPORATE CRACKER: NEGOTIATION
Do you have the persuasion skills to win over a deadlock?! Do you have what it takes to crack a deal..?? Each contestant is given a unique scenario to negotiate with a counterpart.
Registration: Individual – On the Spot – Max. 24 registrations
Preliminary Round: Students battle it out against each other to prove their mettle.
Final Round: The shortlisted students again enter the battlefield, but this time with the industry specialist judges of the event.

3. PIC CHARADES: Management Pictionary + Dumb Charades
Scratch your brains out and guess the word. You do not need to be Picasso to be a Pictionary virtuoso. All you need to have is a simple understanding of the rules of the game, and you will be good to go. But, remind you that this one comes with a twist. The words of the game come from the Management domain. So think before you draw.

Registration: On the spot – Max. 20 teams
RULES: • Each team will have 2-3 members. • The team must choose only one person to draw. • Preliminary round: Each team will have 90 seconds to solve the word clue as early as possible. The top 8-10 teams will move on to the final round. • Final round: The final teams will get 90 seconds to act and guess about the company taglines.
