In the wake of the recent communal disturbances across the country, team Roshandaan started an online campaign with the name #HumanityFirst. The objective of the campaign was to promote and celebrate universal brotherhood and love and to spread peace. The campaign was a resounding success as it garnered attention far and wide with more than 500 shares and 50000 views. The team received compliments for the endeavor from various sections of the society as well.
Roshandaan is a group comprising of like minded individuals from diverse backgrounds. We focus on the issues that troubles the society and aim to create awareness and be the harbinger of change.
This dynamic team have made few documentary movies inspired from day to day lives. The projects have attracted a great deal of attention online and offline and we got some rave reviews too. Apart from that, we are also involved in collaboration with NGOs, plays, poetries, nukkad nataks and other interesting affiliations. The group was founded by Nazre Imam along with Ishaan Dafauti and Rehan Khan in May 2015 and has already gained huge fan following all over. It’s core members, handling various tasks include Dr Tripti Sharan(Consultant), Poonam Chandravanshi (marketing), Ishan Dafauti (marketing), Indrajit Ghoshal (Content), Shachi Kacker (Finance and PR), Meetu Kapoor(Online Social Media Presence), Kiren Babal (Spokes Person) and Rehan Khan (Direction – Documentary and short films).
